If, for any reason, your son is unable to play email the reason for his absence to Mr James.

Students should meet at the front of school with kit and wearing school uniform. They may bring additional snacks and drinks, school will provide a packed lunch. Please note the late return time, from past experience the traffic has been unpredictable, therefore I will ask that your son keeps you updated with an eta back at school.

In the case of an unforeseen accident or emergency involving your son, accompanying staff will arrange for any necessary hospital treatment and first aid. We will contact you using the contact details you previously provided to the school. We will use the medical, dietary (where applicable), and contact information as summarised on the Parent Portal under the ‘School Publications’ tab. To inform us of any changes, please email complete the Electronic Form titled Data Checking.

Notification of any fixture cancellations will be announced on X (formerly twitter) at @BSWaterpolo. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to email all parents and players of late cancellations.
